Jai started his media career working as a publisher, food editor and sales manager for key metro media outlets including City Weekly, 9to5, Wentworth Courier, Sydney Central, Ocean Drive Australia and Cream Magazine.
In 2005 Jai was appointed Australian Regional Manager for News4Media’s Food4Media.com where he managed the relationships of more than 1300 clients and more than 1000 media. Jai has also managed the PR for News Magazines food titles and Australia’s leading editors including Vogue Entertaining + Travel, delicious, Donna Hay, Super Food Ideas, Australian Good Taste and Women’s Health Magazine.
Through this period in his career Jai built a strong network in the Australian media space. Then in 2009, Jai was head-hunted to work for one of Australia’s leading communications holding groups. He was engaged as a Business Director to establish an experiential division which quickly became known in the industry delivering the highly effective experiential campaigns, utilising strategic, creative thinking, as well as strong negotiation, budget skills and extensive relationships to maximise ROI for his clients.
